Terms & Conditions
OUR GUARANTEE – We want you to be happy with your purchase, if you are not, please contact The Pet Shed for a replacement or refund within 14 days of your purchase. All items are made specifically for pets but we can not guarantee damages and breakages to items from wear and tear. No pet product is indestructible and should be inspected regularly, if you believe the item is no longer safe or usable we recommend you replace it.
RETURNS – You have 14 days to return your order if you are not happy with it or it is unsuitable, where a refund or replacement of the product value will be issued. You must contact The Pet Shed before making a return. Any returns that are not due to fault or damage must be returned at the purchasers expense.
DELIVERY – Our aim is to fulfil all orders within 7 days. In most cases delivery is within 2-3 days. For items sent royal mail please allow up to 14 working days for delivery as per royal mail terms and conditions
PRICES – Whilst we endeavour to keep prices stable, we reserve the right to alter prices as and when it becomes necessary. All goods are offered in good faith and of course are subject to availability.
PAYMENT – By PayPal. All goods remain our property until payment for same has been made in full.
POSTAGE & PACKING – Standard postage and packaging is as per the listing for all UK destinations including Northern Ireland. If you have any queries regarding postage and packaging please do not hesitate to contact us.
BREAKAGES & SHORTAGES – Please notify the office within 3 working days. We will then organise for a replacement or credit note and discuss return/collection arrangements.
